The Vesta Referral Program

Every Vesta patient is welcome to refer friends, family, and colleagues to the practice. When a referred person completes their intake and either signs up for a membership or completes a qualifying à la carte purchase, the earned amount is added to your Vesta patient account as gift card credit, available to use whenever you want at any future Vesta visit. Your friend receives a $25 gift card credit on their own account for their first paid purchase after intake.

This program exists for one reason: the people who already trust Ali are the best advocates Vesta has. A short referral from someone you respect is worth more than any ad. We want to recognize that.

How it works

Credit structure

The amount you earn depends on what your referred friend signs up for. Longer commitments and membership signups earn more credit because they represent a deeper commitment to the practice.

Refer a couple? A couples membership is two individual patient signups, so it counts as two referrals. If you refer two people who sign up together on a 12-month plan, you earn $200 in credit ($100 per person), and each of them receives their own $25 first-purchase credit.

The fine details

• ◎Credits unlock only after the qualifying event is complete. The referred patient must finish intake and complete the qualifying purchase before any credit is issued.
• ◎Credits expire 12 months from the date issued. Use them within the year on anything Vesta offers. Unused credit at 12 months and one day is forfeited; Vesta is not obligated to send a reminder before expiration.
• ◎Credits are gift card credit on your Vesta account. Added directly to your patient account in our system and available to use whenever you want, on any service, package, medication fill, or membership. Just mention your credit at checkout. Apply in full or in part; any unused balance stays on your account until expiration.
• ◎Credits stack with other discounts. Member pricing, package savings, and any active promotions still apply on top of your credit. You pay whatever is left after both are calculated.
• ◎Credits only apply to Vesta services and medications. They cannot be used toward third-party charges such as lab work (LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics), external pharmacy shipping fees, or any other charge not controlled by Vesta.
• ◎The referred patient must be genuinely new to Vesta. Anyone who has ever been a Vesta Aesthetics patient at any point since the practice opened in 2020 is not eligible to be referred. Self-referrals do not qualify, and the referred patient must be a different individual at a different household address than the referrer.
• ◎Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They stay attached to the referrer's Vesta account and can only be redeemed against Vesta services.
