Booking Fee Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee is applied in full toward the cost of your service on the day of your visit.

The booking fee ensures that your time, and Ali's, is protected and that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. It reflects our commitment to providing an unhurried, attentive experience for every client.

Booking fees are non-refundable but are fully transferable toward a rescheduled appointment made within the required notice window.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule request.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Rescheduling with proper notice will allow your booking fee to transfer to your new appointment date.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, text, or email. We are always happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as failing to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. In the event of a no-show, your booking fee will be forfeited and the full service amount may be charged.

Clients with a pattern of no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future services prior to scheduling. We appreciate your understanding, this policy allows us to offer that time to other clients who are waiting for care.

Late Arrival Policy

We respectfully ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Because each appointment is carefully structured to give you the full attention you deserve, late arrivals may impact the time available for your treatment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure quality of care is not compromised. In this case, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

If you anticipate running late, please reach out as soon as possible, we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy

All services rendered are non-refundable. Because aesthetic treatments involve medical assessment, individualized care, and the time and skill of a licensed provider, refunds are not issued once a service has been performed.

If you have any concerns about your results or your experience, we encourage you to contact us directly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and Ali is always willing to discuss your outcomes and determine the best path forward.

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Treatment Results Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments are inherently individualized. Results vary based on a range of factors including skin type, lifestyle, anatomy, medical history, and individual response to treatment. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Ali will provide a thorough consultation prior to any treatment, during which realistic expectations, potential risks, and aftercare requirements will be discussed. Informed consent is obtained before every procedure.

Vesta Aesthetics is committed to honest, evidence-based practice. We will never recommend a treatment that is not appropriate for your unique needs and goals.

Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

Vesta Aesthetics is fully HIPAA-compliant. Your personal health information is collected, stored, and protected in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and all applicable state laws.

All patient records and protected health information are maintained within secure, compliant clinical systems designed specifically for HIPAA compliance, with encryption at rest, encrypted transmission, role-based access controls, and full audit logging. We do not use general-purpose cloud storage, consumer email, or unverified third-party tools to handle protected health information.

Your information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or necessary for the direct provision of your care, such as communication with your pharmacy or referring provider.

You have the right to access, review, and request corrections to your medical records at any time. For questions about how your information is handled, please contact us directly.

A full copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices is available upon request and provided at your first visit.

Right to Refuse Service & Program Changes

Vesta Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason. This includes, but is not limited to, declining to schedule or continue care with a patient when we determine that doing so is not in the patient's clinical interest, not consistent with our standard of care, or not aligned with the safe and professional operation of the practice.

Vesta Aesthetics also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any plan, protocol, service offering, membership, pricing structure, package, or program at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to medication availability, pharmacy partnerships, membership pricing or terms, package contents and pricing, service availability, hours of operation, and any other aspect of the practice. Changes apply prospectively. Patients with active commitments will be notified of material changes that affect their existing plan, where reasonably possible.

Nothing on this website or in any Vesta document constitutes a binding offer or commitment to provide any particular service, medication, or treatment to any particular patient. The provider-patient relationship begins only upon explicit acceptance by Vesta following a complete intake and clinical evaluation.

These rights are standard practice in private medical and aesthetic clinics and exist to protect both the patient and the practice. Most patients will never be affected by them.
