Transparent, plain pricing.

Every Vesta visit is priced in three plain lines. Patients see every number before anything is ordered or dispensed. No auto-renewals, no surprise charges.

Medication & Supplies

The price listed beside each item is all-in for the prescription and has two parts: the medication at what our 503A pharmacy charges for that patient-specific compound (never marked up), plus Vesta's clinical management and prescribing fee, which covers sharps, the supply kit, cold-chain shipping, clinical handling, and the administrative and liability allocation on every prescription. Members pay a reduced clinical fee; the medication portion is the same for everyone.

$75, applied at booking. Your care begins with a $75 initial consultation. Ali reviews your goals, history, and any labs, then designs the protocol before anything is prescribed.

Follow-up Consult

$75 every 90 days while on therapy. Required to renew the prescription. If a follow-up is skipped, the prescription simply lapses until you reschedule.

What does the listed price include?

Each item carries its own price because each medication has its own pharmacy cost. The additional costs on à la carte are the $75 initial consultation and a $75 follow-up consult at least every 90 days while on therapy.

Do I need a consultation before any prescription?

Yes. Federal compounding regulations and our 503A pharmacy partnerships require a documented patient-provider relationship for every compounded prescription. Your care begins with a $75 initial consultation, where Ali reviews your goals, history, and any labs before anything is prescribed. Couples are welcome to book a joint or back-to-back consultation; each partner is their own patient with their own chart and evaluation, so each books their own $75 consultation. If you start a membership within 7 days, each $75 comes straight off that person's share of the first month.

How often do refill visits happen?

À la carte patients schedule a $75 follow-up consult every 90 days to renew their prescription. Actual refill cadence is patient-specific and can land anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the medication, dose, response, and goals. Ali sets the cadence individually at intake and adjusts as the protocol evolves. Members can schedule up to two follow-ups per month, all included.

Are labs included?

Labs are billed separately. Lab work is processed through third-party reference labs like LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics. Most patients complete labs every three to six months while on therapy. Ali will review which panels you need and the cost before anything is ordered.

Is there a discount for paying upfront?

À la carte pricing is per visit. The pay-in-full discount applies only to membership commitments. See the Memberships page for details.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes - HSA and FSA cards are accepted for every service Vesta offers. Whether a given charge is reimbursable depends on your plan administrator and current IRS rules: provider-prescribed medical care is commonly eligible, while aesthetic treatments and membership fees often are not. Please verify with your administrator before paying. We process HSA/FSA cards through the same checkout system as standard payment.

Can I be reimbursed by commercial insurance?

Compounded peptides, GLP-1s, and hormone optimization protocols are typically not covered by commercial insurance. Vesta provides itemized receipts on request - patients can submit these for out-of-network reimbursement at their discretion. We do not bill insurance directly.

Members pay a reduced clinical management fee on every prescription, up to approximately 40% lower all-in pricing with the medication itself never marked up, and 10% less on every in-clinic service, with all provider visits, follow-ups, and messaging access included.

A Note on Compounded Medications and FDA Oversight

Compounded peptides, GLP-1 medications, hormone therapies, NAD+ preparations, and other prescription items dispensed through Vesta Aesthetics are prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies for individual patients pursuant to a valid prescription from Ali Claunch, NP-C, following a personalized clinical evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded preparations for safety, efficacy, or potency. Vesta Aesthetics operates in compliance with FDA regulations governing 503A patient-specific compounding and does not stock, hold, or distribute medications; every prescription is compounded for the named patient and shipped by the pharmacy directly to that patient. If the FDA changes guidance, restricts, or removes access to any compounded preparation, Vesta will discontinue that preparation in alignment with federal regulation.
