Cancellation/No Show Policy

A $25 booking fee will be charged upon scheduling your appointment. If you show up to your appointment as scheduled, this will be applied to your total cost of services. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service or you do not show up to your appointment this will be held as a nonrefundable charge.

Your Data Is Safe

Vesta Aesthetics is HIPAA compliant, so you can rest assured that your medical history and treatment details will be kept confidential and not shared or discussed with other business customers. Your payment details are not stored and will be requested for each individual service. A copy of our Privacy Practices will be sent to you upon booking your first appointment.
